Texco

The Texco HQ project involved transforming an adjacent cold shell building into vibrant new office spaces that seamlessly connect with the client’s current facilities. Key features included a mix of enclosed and open parking areas, new private offices, meeting rooms, unisex toilet facilities, and extensive modifications to existing offices. A notable addition was a kitchen breakout space with an external courtyard and a modern workstation area. The construction included a new first floor suspended concrete slab with structural steel supports and a refreshed façade featuring curtain walls and designed precast panels. A significant challenge was maintaining full operational capacity at the existing office during construction, which was managed through precise scheduling and clear communication with the Texco team.
