The project included the restoration of original features and the addition of modern elements such as internal gas fireplaces, a large double shower ensuite, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. External enhancements featured robust concrete bench seating and a custom-built outdoor fireplace, creating a functional yet aesthetically dynamic entertainment area. Challenges included adhering to heritage conditions requiring the preservation of visible chimneys while modernising the interior spaces.
